You can meet people from around the world by selecting the gender and region preference and pressing the "Start" button from the "Discover" page. (You can go to the "Discover" page from other menus by clicking on the "Go Discover" button located next to the Menu(≡))
If you want to meet a new person, click the ">" icon located at the right side of the other user's screen or press the right arrow key.
Wait for the video to begin and start discovering new friends.
